- Context: Lana Healthcare provides end-to-end solutions for patients, sponsors, and clinics. I worked on core product areas across the patient and business journey.
- My Role: Managed feature delivery across appointment scheduling, availability, onboarding, profile setup, sponsor dashboards, and reporting tools.

- The improved appointment scheduling flow resulted in a 15% reduction in booking drop-offs.
